Had to show off Joshua's birthday cake! My brother, Stephen, did a fantastic job creating this campfire cake. He even made the "fire" candy.

Photo Frame Placement

Just wanted to share of visual of the wall I finally finished putting together. The placement works well for the area, and the best part is that they were all frames I already had!! I just painted a few to coordinate and then I  bought the "D" clearanced by 80% (yes, I scored!!). 

The faith and love signs were made with a cricut and my leftover wedding scrapbook paper- see I do reduce, reuse, and recycle... :)

Sewing Organization

Wish I could take credit for this, but my mom came up with this awesome idea! 

Store sewing materials such as pins, bobbins, measuring tale , etc. in little metal containers (these were purchased at Hobby Lobby). 

Buy a clearanced metal board anywhere you can find it! Then purchase plain, strong magnets. 

Store sewing supplies directly in the containers and they will stick to the metal which sticks to the board. 

I now store my stuff in the laundry room and love this idea because the magnet  doesn't have to be permanently attached to the container.
